Discovery & Connection
We’ll start with a 30-45 minute virtual consultation where we dive into your health history, lifestyle, and goals. This is also when we talk about functional genomics and decide how testing will benefit you.
My Coaching Process
Step 2 — Insights & Understanding
When you move forward with testing, you’ll order your kit, complete it, and send me your results once they’re ready. I’ll review and translate the data into clear, actionable insights so we can see how your unique genetics influence areas like nutrition, stress, sleep, and energy.
Step 3 — Your Curated Plan
Once I’ve connected your results, I’ll create a personalized wellness plan tailored to you. This is where the science meets everyday—the meals you eat, the routines you follow, and the changes that make a difference—the good stuff.
Step 4 —
Ongoing Support & Adjustments
We’ll meet again for your functional genomics support session to go over your plan in detail, and then continue with follow-ups as desired. You can book your choice of 30, 60, or 90 Day Plans depending on how serious you are about transforming your health.
